i went to a body shop in gatineau today and saw the most gut wrenching episode of my life. a beautiful silver 2012 5.0 convertible getting painted flat black. it had 81km on the odometer, and not a scratch anywhere. I think i was in too much shock cause i forgot to snap some pictures. thats not so bad you say, well they were doing it with spray cans.

Maybe they where painting it with that plasti dip stuff.Especially if they are using a spray bomb. A few guys south of the boarder have done this. If they don't like it, the plasti dip stripes off unlike paint.

Good call, one can hope I guess. I'm not sure I'd really want to plastidip my new car but it would protect the paint I guess.

Regardless of what is in the can, I say poor car anyway! Spray bombing a new car?????..
