After seeing your GT ,i can understand!!! Sweet indeed it is!

What if a person does not mod their pony?

cause its a hobby...its no different then any hobby, why does a guy into remote control cars upgrade al his parts, then sell them and buy a better one.
We are always looking for somthing better, I think most would agree we dont have the perfect set up, and personaly I'm going to keep looking until I find one...thats the fun in it, and if buying a newer model gets me closer to what I'm looking for so be it.

plus I admit I'm addicted to new car smell... :laughhard

I too am a modaholic. Case in point, my Bullitt. 14 second factory car that runs 11 sec. passes all day long. I don't plan on leaving this car stock either. At the very least it will have a pulley change, program, and exhaust. Then who knows.....

My position on the '07 is more about self-control than anything else.

I already have a $60+k hot-rod that I barely drive...and it was only a $30k car to begin with.

The last thing I need is to start with one that cost $60k to begin with.

What I'm hearing if the exchange rate stays the same is a high 40's to low 50's car. That being the case you'd still have mod money if you figured 60k just for the car.

I really want one. I want to START with 500hp this time. The thing about it is that I've turned around and started to get really smart with my car spending habits and just about the time they come out, is when my good habits will have really paid off, so like Tim said, it's all about self-control. One thing is for sure, If if do break down and go for it, it'll be when someone else can't afford it and needs to get rid of it rather than all that tax, and other 10k worth of BS I've eaten on so many cars before. If that doesn't happen, I'm still digging an 03/04 Terminator vert which will have really come down in price by then.
