Parasitic drain, help please

2003 gt convertible.Trying to get my car ready for this driving season and I've been trying to track down a parasitic drain since last fall. Killed two batteries so far. I was getting a .07 draw after car went to sleep. I started by tracing electrical add ons I did and everything seemed to be checking out, checked the mach amps and under dash fuses everything seemed good. Got to under hood fuses and pulling the 20amp "aux power" fuse dropped the draw from .07 to .01.

Is the plug in my arm rest really supposed to draw .06 amp key off? or is it most likely a short somewhere along the wire? It seems with key off, cigarette lighter and aux power plug still have power going to them but the fuse I pulled only runs the aux power so I still have cigarette power as a source. For now I'm just leaving fuse out and hoping once and for all the problem is fixed. If anyone knows or has already had this problem any information or help would be appreciated.
