Rubber Question
#12
For the back window, the problem is if it starts to bubble sometimes it can peel the defrost lines off with it. My rear window in the V6 is starting to peel and look like but I'm not even going to touch it. But I guess it wouldn't even matter.. the defrost hasn't worked in 3 years.
Not planning to put any tint in the rear of the Cobra.

Thanks Flynnt, figured I would have to go big... or go home... I think I am going to save some bucks and invest in a fox with the brother in law... he is the mechanical person... i can split the costs and learn!!
Nice pics Ponyryd, i think i will go with the 20% all around... Will have to wait for a day off... one question... i remember tinting my '88 Z24 and the back window was always a sensitive subject... whats it like with the mustang....??
I will post a new pic with the few mods done when i get the summers on... Barrie gets too much snow to keep the stocks on!
Thanks again for your help,
Grant

yup flynts right. i got 315 / 35 / 17 nitto drag radials.they are 275 a pop, 555r's their called, they kick *** but dont last long. mine were new in may last year and i had em burnt by sep, oct. AND ITS not for being a jerk off and hittin the gas all the time. they are a soft compound tire that when you get em hot they stick like glue to the ashphalt

I went to see my buddy yesterday and got a quote... The tires are made by Yokohama but they don't say Yokohama. The price is $500 tax in, for the 275's in the rear and 245's in the front and that is installed and balanced. I think thats a good price?
