Service Manual
#2
Stay away from Haynes/Chilton manuals. They are vague at best. An official Ford manual (from a ford dealer) is the best way to go. They are not cheap, though (usually $100-$150). You may be able to find an online version for free, and just print the pages off as you need them.

I was able to print off every manual for my 2010 on Ford website, as mine are still in the original wrap, and I plan on leaving them in there sealed. I'm not sure how far back they store them, but there has to be a way to get them.

Are we talking about service manuals or owners manuals? I thought the service manuals were to repair just about everything on the vehicle, top to bottom. Owners manuals are just for basic knowledge about the vehicle and how to operate it, where the controls are and general info....aren't they?
