That might work but I dont think I'd do it. It's easier to just pull them and clean them once a year. You wont find a car much easier to remove the plugs on. Then it doesn't matter which plug you use. I think Ford says to inspect spark plugs at 60,000 miles, by then their welded in the head.

its all personal preference. I use champion plugs in everything, just put a new set in my 69 Camaro, along with a Fram oil filter. Alot of people have bad things to say about those too, but ive never had a problem.

Never had a problem with Fram filters, been using them for decades. Fram makes half the filters out there anyways.

- this spark plug issue and carbon build up,can be solved by adding 2 stroke oil to your gas, enough said,it really does work.
First I heard of this, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

wow something I have not heard of and think I will pass on this tip lol. I should say that I have not had a tune up done since the late 80's so I have not had plugs changed since then

A lot of good information on this threat here. No intention on hijacking or anything but I was wondering what people's opinions were on the NGK Iridium plugs.
Just swapped out to them, seem to be treating me fairly well.
