Do you have a Marti Report for your car, if not something to look into.

Thanks for all of the tips. Hopefully will come up with something.

So far I have been able to track the car's history to 1991.

I cannot get vehicle reports from other provinces if I do not hold a valid drivers license for that province.

Any body else have any other suggestions?

Thanks

Find someone in whatever province you need info from to run the numbers?

Maybe it's time to spend a few more $ and do as Outrgus said above. You can also use: CARFAX™ - Vehicle History Reports and Used Car Listings or https://www.carproof.com/home If you want the information bad enough, you should be willing to pay for it. It can only help you with upping the value of the car by having the history for it. I have all the history on my car, I did pay for it and happy I did. That way I can show it to the next owner, if I ever decide to sell. Paying for the past can only help you with the future. Think of it as just part of the cost of owning the piece of history that you own.

Sorry if I gave the impression that I did not want to spend money to learn the history. I am more than willing to pay the money. I found that when I went to order a report on Carfax or Carproof they would not accept the 11 digit Serial Number and indicated they only went back to like 1981 or5 something. I will have another look, maybe I missed something.

There's nothing to be sorry for. That's the problem with text. It doesn't show or let the person receiving the text know how the person sending it is expressing it. Just trying to help. All is well. :tup

Just ordered the Marti report. Just went for the deluxe version not the elite.
