put new quad shocks on and what a difference... still a bit wonky, but its like 75% better. I looked at the bushings... and the front of the lca look the worst out of all of them. the uppers don't look that bad

well among other things... i have a noticabley bad right inner tie rod... it has been getting worse the last few weeks, i bet this is part of my problem.... causing the wandering, i am changing it today... so we'll find out soon enough...
