Have you ever thought of a 05 and up GT? With all the money you save on the cobra or saleen name you can throw on a supercharger, rims, suspension mods. And you get to pick what parts you want. Just my opinion.

thanks for all the input..i HAVE been looking for the Saleen Cobra. but they are SO much harder to come across. i have the whole winter to search so i will keep that option open.
Colours i definantly want BLACK..i may consider the Sonic Blue too... and it has to be convertible ( i miss mine and wouldnt want it any other way)

thanks for the suggestion checking the US for them, in Canada they are priced anywhere from 29000-35000 for an 03.04 COrba?

as for the 05 and newer body styles - they just dont visually do it for me and i dont know why? done up they can look amazing but i think my heart is with the 99-04 body

The Cobra will perform better but the Saleen have got it in the looks department in my opinion. The Saleen Cobra's are extremely rare and I imagine extremely expensive also. If I had to choose I'd probably go for the Cobra though.

choose the cobra ,4 valve ,irs,steel crank and easy to upgrade with aftermarket part's
i 'll take the cobra first!!!

I say go with a saleen and add power as needed, or get an S351 instead of the S281.

Ok guys, thanks for ALL the replys....today i went out and bought myself a new toy..

its an 03 CObra with 20000 kms on it, it LOOKS brand new, apparentely its never seen water. not a scratch on it, its mint!
the only stupid part is the dealership put the wheel weights on the OUTSIDE of the rim to balance them...STUPID!

man i took it for a test drive and MAN is got *****!>..compared to my GT its awesome. breaks tires loose effortlessly in 3rd! im in love
