Question whats street legal?

I Bought A 2004 40th Ann.ed. 3.9l Im Going To Park It And Put Some Work In It. My ? Is I Been Looking At The Stage 3 Roush With The Dual Side Exsaust....i Want To Know Is It Still Street Legal With The Side Exsuast.?if Anyone Have Any Good Ideas Please Let Me Know..

Nice looking setup, as long as it has all the required smog control I don't see how it wouldn't be legal.

If you want street legal buy a k-car. Cops can give tickets for anything, and insurance companys can drop you like a sack of rocks.
