Question 1968 Mustang Fastback (B.C.) ?

Not sure what happened to the first original post so I will try this again....

I am trying to track down my father's 1968 Ford Mustang. He sold it to my uncle back in the late 70's so my parents could have a more family friendly vehicle. He currently has a 1994 Mustang that he only takes out on the sunny Sundays while the rest of the time it sits under a tarp. I think he does this out of regret for selling his first Mustang lol. Anyway, I thought he would be happy to find out what ever happened to his cherished car from back in the day so I have decided to try searching for it. I figured a forum like this may be a good way to start out.

So this is what I know:

1) That it was registered as a 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback ; medium green
2) The VIN is 8R02S162307

3) That my uncle, Mike Segar, sold it to someone in the Langley, BC area back in 1979-1980
4) That the last known registered owner was someone named L.E. Couture in Langley, BC (2005)

I am just simply trying to find out whatever happened to it and if that person has pictures I could show my dad.

Thanks so much!
