Torque box repair 93' Fox!

Alright ladies and lads,
I bought a 93' Mustang and the previous owner had a hopped up 351 in the car and an automatic race tranny.... Needless to say the torque boxes are mangled. How do I go about repairing them properly? I looked on google to see what other Fox body enthusiasts are doing to rectify the issue.
All I want to know is that if you have dealt with this than how do I fix it?

Mustang Torque Box Reinforcement Kit
General Product Information
Torque boxes are the area on the rear of your car where the upper and lower control arms attach to the body. These areas can become fatigued from years of drag or road racing and then start to crack. This kit reinforces the stock upper & lower torque boxes to add strength & durability. Constructed of 11 gauge steel, they can be bolted in, but welded in applications provide more strength.

Works with:
87-93 GT, 87-93 LX, 94-95 GT, 96-98 GT, 96-98 Cobra, 94-98 V6, 99-04 GT, 99-04 V6, 03-04 Mach 1
