Steeda Tri-Ax And MGW are, from the posts, the favorite 2 The MGW has stops, and a lifetime warranty on the handle, and its states it is the quietest A/M shifter... Steeda looks to have a better/more comfortable position? |
Steeda
It is hard to comment on the different brands but I have the Steeda tri-ax and it is great , very positive shifts and combined with Royal purple transmisson fluid I am very happy . Des

personally, IMO i think you'd be pretty happy with either.:tup I have the tri-ax and love it, but wouldn't mind trying an MGW...

ive never had anything but MGW in my stangs and they worked amazing!
+1 for MGW |
that crome hurst shifter is a kit that is around 80 buxs. MOPAC in langley, BC has them. I'll be buying one soon but I should tell you that it's just a boot, knob, stick. You'll still need the shifter itself. It's goes for around 150.
IF you really want it I can help you get it from out here. Since I would buy one myself I could send it to ya via COD. Then I'd just take the coin and go get myself another. lemme know... I work 5 blocks from mopac. |
I am leaning towards the Steeda Tri-Ax
But I am liking the reviews on the MGW If I purchase the Steeda Tri-Ax it will be from Mustang Parts & Performance - American Muscle But where can the MGW be purchased? |
Thanks again for all the reply's
VERY VERY HELPFUL!!! |

I had a Hurst in my 94 GT it was alright, I love my B&M shifter in my 2002 GT but am seriously thinking of switching to a MGW because I hear nothing but good things.
