Hey dos any one have any suggestions on what I should put in my 1986 mustang before putting a turbo on it ? And what king would be best to go with ?

I would suggest you invest in forged internals. Some motors can run superchargers / turbochargers on the stock internals for a very long time before they eventually fail. Others fail catastrophically almost immediately - roll the dice. I'd prep my motor to handle the power first.

It’s a 302 with a stag 3 crank not sheer what ells it has dune to it just bought it 3 weeks ago I know it has a high pressure oil pump too

Better flowing exhaust
Depending on the amount of boost:
255lph fuel pump
Injectors

Are you going to convert to MAF?
I know I am missing a lot of parts will post once i remember or someone will post.
