you suggestted 4.10 for me, but you also think 3.73's are good?
At the moment I'm leaning towards 3.73, but still pondering and reading.

Either are better than your 3:31's but I lean to the 4:10.

I went 4.10 in my 04 GT auto and I was glad I chose them over 3.73. They worked great.

ok. I think I've decided to go with 4.10's

now, back to the posi / traction lok thing...what's the difference between this and the stock TCS (traction control system) already on the car? little button on the dash to turn on / off

shoulds I also be consdiering changing out my axles to aluminum? or is that just a fancy option not really needed. Obviously, 4'10's are gonna generate higher rpm so what else may be messed up by the change ? as previously staed, I have an SCT flash tuner sholud cure the speedo issue

I plan to have install done by local transmission shop..ie Mr Transmission likely

TCS is electronic and gains traction by limiting rpm so it is not ideal in for performance, more so for snow/wet conditions. Unless you are putting major power down your stock axles should be fine. You will be fine with the 4.10 as long as you use your sct to set the speedo up, everything else should be ok.
