4.6 3v Vs New 5.0 4v

here is the deli ma dose one forge a 4.6 3v and add the power adder such as cams, heads, headers and supercharger, or do u buy a 5.0L long bock or crate that's forged already and then add your supercharge to it. since im doing the hp mods last and working on handing, braking, and body iv got time to research tryng to decide on what i want and would like, lol just want to hear everyone else opinion on the mater and what they think is better.

The 5.0 4V has a very bright future.Just look at the start it's got,and it will probably only get better,so my vote is for the 5.0 4V.

Forged rotating assembly + whipple for the 4.6 is gonna run around 10000 I'd guess, not sure what an assembly is but 7000 for the ford racing whipple plus I'd guess 3000 for install and rotating assembly?
Boss 302 crate engine = 12000. Not sure if the tranny will fit and would be a nitemare to program wire etc. I'd assume
New 5.0= 7000 + whipple = 7000ish
I dont know just thinking aloud.

Save to upgrade the clutch while your at it.

If it was me,and it maybe one day down the road.....i would get the 5.0 4V CRATE,and the CONTROLS PACK - 2011 5.0L 4V MANUAL TRANSMISSIONM-6017-A504V* to get the thing running, and a better clutch also to take on the added torque, then later get your power adder......then once the trans goes, upgrade it LOL!
