Today I did some prep work on the Car.. Removing the Plugs has always been worrisome for me, and getting them out would be a major milestone! I have read about the problems some have had with removing them, the two piece design often seizes in the head due to carbon build up, using modest force cracks them in half resulting in some people getting so mad they set fire to all they hold dear. So I went out, bought some deep creep and 1/4 turned each one waited for 30 mins for the liquid gold to seep down and out they came...I'm pretty Happy :chacha:

Next step 36 of 74 is modding of the alternator and the coolant crossover pipes. Its all going good so far,I'm taking my time, after all it's a long winter :bleh:
I think modding the wiring harness will be the next milestone... I have read it's a real pain in the butt.
Cheers

I decided to tackle the wiring harness during some down time from work, the Maf, ETC and ATC connections are moved in the Harness to a new break out point, re taped and placed back in the harness, wheels removed to gain access to inner wheel well fenders. 6 push pins and 4 10mm and 3 5mm bolts are all that hold the the front bumper cover on. 4 push pins retain the impact absorber to the front bumper beam. I noticed I'm at step 47 of 73, That's it for the major prep work and disassembly, now on to the install!
Next update in the New Year
Happy Holidays :drunk:
