If you want to stay say 450 RWHP which is a borderline edge on your bottom end internals. You want to stay nice and mild the Roush tune is safe as the man said. There are a couple of companys who do some aewsome e-mail tunes. Any level where you want to take your motor there are people to tune your motor. Read up on VMP tuning, JDM Engineering,Brenspeed racing or Bama tunes. John lund tuning,Blow By racing. The list goes on.I myself have a remote tune motor from Brenspeed racing. Who have quite the rep for tuning Mustings. Either way do your homework and find guys on here to help you. Oh and these tunes won't Phuque up your factory ECM or their tunes.Get a Hanheld computer to start. Cheers

Sound advice from Y'all,I think I'll keep the tune as is...
Can I change the pulley size or add a cold air set up and keep the tune?

You will need a new tune to change the pulley, or get a cold air intake.

Sorry I forgot to add getting a Dyno tune which is the best for your car if there is a good shop nearby. I do a remote Dynotune so that the tuner gets the straight goods on whats happening with my tune. You can get a CAI as long as the Mass Air Flow is no larger than your stock intake. Any bigger and it changes the air metering in your Mass Air Sensor. Sorta kills the whole idea but it sounds better. :)

No,I took it to the local Roush Guy(authorized) at a local dealership ,he checked it out ,and found nothing amiss, he also told me that due to proprietary reasons,
any tunes had to be done by shipping the pcm to the factory where they do this kind of thing...So I am assuming that using a tuner would only phuque up the "computer"...Is this true?:?

It depends on who tunes it, but I'd stick with the roush tune, its very conservative and safe.

When you get a Roush kit you send them your PCM and they flash it. I'm sure a tuner could re flash it but as def67 said, I'd stick with Roush's tune unless you want to build a motor and go wild.

I just want to learn about Mustangs and maybe meet some likeminded people.
Knowledge is Power and from what I have been reading there are some knowledgable folk here,
Therefore it behooves me to behave in a somewhat respectable manner.
That being said I can certainly handle any and all insults.inuendo.jibes,slurs.etc.
If it is the desire of some who grace this site to engage in a battle of wits with me,I would suggest that they come with ample ammo and a thick skin ,lest they be running home to their momma for a bandaid.
I make my living by exploiting weakness and capitalizing on mistakes made by the careless.
I make a very good living,
I am not at work here,
I am not getting paid here,
I just want to take care of my ride, enjoy the journey and maybe learn something here.

Cheers!

Well it sounds like you've got thick skin and a sense of humour, your current "foe" is much the same.

...and so it would appear,
you kids have been here longer than me,and
y'all prolly got most who post figured out some I suspect.
All is good if meant with good natured intent,a hint of malice is cool for the spectators I guess,But what I really want to know is this...
How in the Phuque did he get a picture of my nana's tender parts?

Thanx for your input ,this is indeed valuble info you and others have been imparting my way.The girl really is quick enough and I am prolly gonna leave well enough alone,She's a bit of a sleeper really.
She's quiet at idle and if I could hold a camera and drive at the same time ,the photos of abject surprise on the face's of the poor soul driving the other car(I particularly like crushing new Camaro's,not much opportunity yet to challenge a Challenger)would make for superb posts.I did have my ass handed to me recently tho by a late model GTR,even going uphill and not blowing the 2nd to 3rd shift would have prevented her from leaving me in another time zone.I would buy one if it was a Mustang.:D

Yes a GTR would be pretty tough to take down. I'd buy ones if they weren't so ridiculously priced lol.

Indeed, But I guess there is a high price to pay for an "elite"automobile,I'd put it with the Lambo's and that other Italian car maker, and Mercs,it just lacks the provanance and the pedigree...
but not the cost eh?:lol
