[QUOTE=Scones]Well, just got the other side done. I hope these things don't leak

Did you use any thread sealer on them? I'd make sure and AT LEAST get a coat of paint on that oil pan, ever do one in car?? HUGE PITA.

I was thinking that, but this motor will only be in the car one season....two at most. I really don't care at this point lol

use some pipe dope in there and then let it drt. Use JB weld all around it to seal it off. Works great

Well, here's how the motor is sitting right now. Almost ready to go in

I'm regretting the fact that I pulled the other motor so soon. I could have still been driving around instead of looking at a car with no go in it lol

Oh, and just a couple other minor things on...just to see

I'm probably going to have to reclock the turbos and switch them to the opposite sides that they'e on, or find a housing from an intercooled turbo so that my colde side piping work sout a little better....but it sure looks wicked the way it is. i feel so close. now if anyone can hook me up with a couple wastegate actuators let me know. the salvage yards around me have been picked pretty clean.

I would have liked to have painted it, but I'm running out of time as I've got to move September 1st. At least it's pretty clean now though...

One is off od an SVO, the other was off my 84 GT turbo. They are both .60/.63 Garrett T3 turbos. Only difference is one has the intercooled housing and the other has the non-intercooled housing.
