Okay……..you asked.
• I started a thread selling my parachute for $175 last Wednesday
• Crash asked me what the diameter of the chute was.
• Me, knowing full well that he ain’t going no 150+mph, didn’t really take it too serious and reverted to asking about the H pipe for my friend (for the hundredth time).
• I simply made a comment that I was getting multiple offers from different “forums” (not ebay) for $250 plus.
• You chime in and say “booooooo for raising the price”
• I had not entered into any verbal/written agreement with anyone on CMOC.
• On Thursday I had the CMOC administrator delete the thread as I have chosen to keep it. (ask him for the exact wording)
• New, mock threads get started on Friday because you two can no longer “voice” your opinions.
• The rest is still out there to read.
by the looks of it, we’re not the ones horsing around making mock threads. You two clowns did by making multiple retarded posts and acting like little school girls last Friday after I had the original thread deleted, as you lost the control and ability to act like children. And, if the thread has been deleted, looks to me like you got no chance on buying it. Take a hint.
what did you do?
You’re making mock posts because there is no more thread about the parachute that was for sale….. Didn’t you notice?
And, for the record, I never raised the price one bit. After being asked about the “diameter” I simply stated the fact that I have been offered up to $250 for the parachute, as Stroud has them on backorder and people are willing to pay that much. So, wrong again. (http://www.yellowbullet.com/forum/sh...ghlight=stroud)
As mentioned on here previously, I have no clue why I even posted the ad on here, as there are no regular members that have a fast enough car to warrant the need for one, and LMFAO at the comments regarding purchasing “used parachutes when owning a 150mph car”, talk about money being an issue……if you can afford a 9.5 second/150mph car, then spend the extra $80 and buy one new from Bicknell’s.
I did research them as far as the market value for them at the time, thank you very much. However, I did not know that Stroud has them on back order, as my inbox on all 3 different forums was full within a day or so. Hence my comment regarding me “getting multiple offers of $250 or more”………..Nothing wrong with what I said. I’m just stating the facts, as I can’t control what people are offering me. So, I decide to keep it after taking my car out for a rip. Stuff goes up for sale and people change their mind all the time, I don’t’ need to give examples, you know dam well its true.
And as Stealthstang informed you, I’m keeping it, so he does know the whole story. So, in essence, all I did was post something for sale, mentioned that I have had higher offers for it, and then I chose to keep it, and closed the thread. It happens all the time. Get over it and find another used part. The one good thing that GTAMC does is not allow anyone to reply to classified ads.
That, is the story in case you need to know.
At least I didn’t buy it for $125 and try selling it for $175 as well all know where that is commonplace……..
Oh, sorry Big D, I forgot to mention that Crash was sorry about that……..lmfao.
