They sold you a demo model for full price, without telling you it was a demo until after the fact, and even then, after something went wrong? Wowzers.

Got the new unit in yesterday (Wednesday) it works well. Spoke to the install manager he said he never thought about asking any of the other 12 locations in the province for the same unit. But the General Manager knew what to do, hopefully he has passed this on to his staff to avoid a similar situation. Someone needs a few lessons in customer service for sure.
