ohh yea of course you can. it also means less wiring (just the speaker needed not all three parts) Just make sure you get the right size. Most now come with a tweeter you can aim anyhow, so if you aim it upwards towards yourself you'll almost get the same effect.

It's more of a midrange woofer. Basically what comes in a component. Those look lke 6.5s unless the angle of the shots are catching me off guard... what size are they?

Sorry i really dont know what im doing but if I were to just wire a new head unit to the same factory wires and get a new amp that also wired into the factory wires and new speakers same thing... Would that work? Any suggestions for amps if so? Also can I just bypass the amp if I get a new head unit. The wires still run straight from the head unit to the speakers right?
