Plasti Dip rims?

wondering if I should plasti dip my stock rims on my 03 v6. wondering if anyone have used plasti dip on their rims before and what the outcome was. also wondering if anyone has tips on using this product.

get them powdercoated instead.
more durable and finishing outcome is much better.

I'm planning on doing mine soon. Tons of good info at www.dipyourcar.com. You can also search them on YouTube. The result may not be as nice as powder coat but its way cheaper and isn't permanent. I think I will use a coat of the glosifier as well to get a satin finish.

Yes, I agree with the powdercoat it is much better!!!

Yeah powder coat is better but you won't find someone to do it for $15 a wheel

^^^ x 2. I had my rims powdercoated black - cause I like them that way. BUT, I do want a little flash on the track so I'm plasti-dipping them bright yellow. Plasti-dip isn't meant to be permanent.

If you are not sure what way to go, plasti deep would be the safe bet.

found a good deal at CarDip Canada, unlike Dipyourcar.com they ship to Canada for good prices
