Who pulls their rims to clean/polish and how often?

 

I do LOL!Brake dust sucks!!

 

Amen brother. It is amazing to see a clean car and the rims are filthy inside or out

 

Yeah I got to do mine before the summer starts......i'll touch up my calipers at the same time....

 

Rims with spokes are the ones you can notice all the brake,road crap the most.It's so much easier to keep on top of the rims a few times threw the summer (depending how much you drive it).I was never picky about my rims until i got my '03 GT with the Bullitt rims.Being grey on the back side of those rims really showed all the crap.

 

Ive never pulled the rims off, though I should have at times. It is hard to reach the grime in the back.

CTC has a long semi tough brush that i use, but it still doesnt get it all.

 

The brush idea is a good one. With the back rims I can get the hand through but the fronts (larger rotor) not possible
