Royal Purple - - a waste of money, IMO.

^^ Oh I certainly wouldn't go that far! Royal Purple is definitely one of the best engine lubricants around. I personally don't use it, but ya better do a little more research before cutting down a product with a reputation as good as Royal Purple. Like I said earlier in this thread, I have done a ton of research of engine and drivetrain lubricants, and personally have tried a lot of them, and Royal is a good product, but even so through my research I have chosen Motorcraft full synthetic.

considering i will be driving a mustang till the day they put me in the ground and a ford service manager told not to change from royal purple to motorcraft i will be with royal purple for many years to come. not that motorcraft is not as good but because they are both great products and it will do no good or bad to change. i have a couple of buddies that say its not worth it either but everyone has their own opinion. JUST STAY AWAY FROM AUTOLAB. LOL

I used Motul in my bike and Royal Purple in the modfox. I go with a heavier weight oil in Mach motor (10W30). Its my opinion that the thinner oil only has to do with emissions. I'm sure other will disagree.
