2018 gt transmission issue

2018 gt transmission issue
Have a 2018 gt fastback that grab gear hard when going from reverse to drive... anyone else experience this and solve the issue.... valve body maybe??

Does this happen when your car is cold or warm as well? I experience it during sub zero temperatures in my past cars.
