Changed intake, issues with starting

Hi guys and gals
Just changed my 87 5.0 intake from stock to explorer gt40. Ported to 70mm. New bbk 70mm spacer and tb. New fuel pressure regulator. Injectors professionally cleaned and new orings and caps. When I go to start her, it runs rough for couple seconds then dies. I have to pump pedal to get her to go. But won’t stay running. I dont feel there are any vacuum leaks and I am getting fuel to at least the schrader valve. Any ideas? I have a video I will try to download if possible. I am not forum savvy!

I had the exact same idle issue after installing heads/intake. We looked everywhere for vacuum leaks and couldn't find any. We pumped smoke into a vacuum line and found the vacuum leak immediately. Try smoke testing it.
