yes...i have 2 pumps......1 OEM and 1 Carter HD pump that i bought 10km ago

 

My opinion on this is fuel pump, if it was a leaking injector, you'd likely have smoke and misfire on start-up, if it was a regulator you'd probably notice a running problem, I'd grab a pump off Steath and give it a try.
