Not legal in Ontario, the pipes need to end within a few inches of the edge of the bodywork, either at the back or sides. And it will likely be loud as hell in the car.

cheers

I had Mac Pro dumps on my 95 GTS with off road h pipe and long tubes. It was loud in the car and stunk sometimes and I'm pretty sure every panel in the car buzzed and rattled at idle but it sounded great. It's not as loud outside the car as it would be with tail pipes.

Turn downs are certainly illegal. Had a peeler ticket me with 'improper mufflers' years ago. Car sounded bad *** but due to the dumps being before the axle you also get hit by closer to the nose exhaust :p

Put a regular exhaust on it or remote dumps if you really need that sound but wanna be able to be legit.
