They trap the oil that would normally be cycled through your intake and burned.

I hated the fact that the My Color only changes the cluster. I didn't like the green color of all the buttons etc so I changed all the LED's to blue.

Also picked up a transmission with 12k on it. Pulled it apart and it's mint. Pulled the input shaft and sent it to Liberty Performance to be converted to a 26 spline.

Looks awesome .I did the same in my '03,switched to blue led's after replacing the gauge cluster that lit up blue.I wanted everything to match.Even my aftermarket stereo lights up blue.
