I like the red seats, I find the wrap on the steering wheel a bit much, I'd still drive it though.

I don't mind the red and I've seen worse. Remember green interiors, yuck.

A couple reasons why I'd like the new one over the old one:

1) it's new (duh!)
2) better mileage
3) I don't have to baby it as much, and I can use it in the winter!
4) warranty
5) upkeep and maintenance won't be as expensive since there's no performance parts
6) slightly better insurance rates
7) it's sexy
8) has pretty much the same horsepower (and it's stock!)
9) apparently with 2011 models (and onward) Ford was able to compensate for the live rear axle, making the handling a lot better.
10) did I mention it's sexy?
how about new for 2011 is a 51% front and 49% rear weight distribution. but the roush will keep a higher value than the stock gt. my 2002 roush stage 2 is worth about 22,000$ and the stock gt convertible is going for between 10 and 15 grand. Roush would be my choice. And you cannot replace the sound of the m90 supercharger.
