I've seen people use expanded metal to build radiator screens. Painted black it doesn't look to bad and is durable enough.

Appreciate you guys providing me with the previous info. Certainly doesn't appear to be any clear cut answer. What does the scan entail?

If a scan tool is hooked up and codes received, it will help pinpoint which wheel the fault lies with.

Chad,
Expanded metal is a great idea, but the lights just came on!! I will try to use a plastic style mesh...we do have a climate where rust is our biggest enemy for autos, so using a carbon metal would be out unless I can find aluminum or stainless steel instead.

I don't know how well the plastic would hold up. You could get it powder coated.
