daily driving a 2012 Boss 302

It largely depends on the location. When I was living in Edmonton, Alberta I would only drive the Mustang from April 30-November 01. During the winter months, because of high snow accumulation I would drive the SUV. Now that I am in the sunny Okanogan I drive it whenever I can, except for shopping trips.

Just pulled into Whitehourse, the roads aren't bad at all. We were hoping on getting to Dawson City soon but the top of the world highway that leads there is all gravel, so we will continue on to Alaska tomorrow after taking in the sights here for today. I didn't bring my laptop so I will start a thread when I get back and share some dirty mustang pics with everybody!

I drive my 2006 GT most days because I too enjoy driving it. It is such a stress reliever to give it a boot to get on the highway on my way home. winter is not that severe here so i do drive it in the cold weather but avoid snow days if I can and the wife does not have an appointment. I keep it well waxed and clean it every chance I get. My garage is warm too so I actually wax it in the winter. I do have it oil sprayed just in case. I still get lots of compliments on how good it looks for the year. All that being said, I am tempted to get a beater car so it will last longer and give me many years of enjoyment.

I'd say drive the car as much as you can specially in the summer...only come around once. I'm lucky to have another car, a good "beater", that i don't drive the mustang when it's bad out in the winter, or i know i'm going to be stuck in some long and congested traffic route where i can't enjoy the mustang anyway by way of performance, on the way to business or work. It's meticulously cleaned and maintained as well, and that's part of enjoying the car, then driving it out!
