Well I'm glad I'm not alone. Its something that seems to have come up just this year. I never noticed it before. I'll take a look at things just to be on the safe side.

I have not noticed this problem with my 2006 mustang. solid as a rock even at speeds over 120 kph. I think that the hood bumpers need to be adjusted up so the latch is tight.

I had a hood come up on me when driving the pizza car years ago. just hit the brakes hard and it will go back down! worked for me and I didn't even have to stop. that was on a toyota corolla ( circa 1973).

I'll have a look at it. The thing I don't get is when its stopped and you pull up on the hood the thing doesn't budge. I'll see what I can adjust.
