update!!!

nothing to update. Turns out they got the police report March 28th. She told me she would call as soon as she got the report. BS! She had it for almost 3 weeks now!

I've been calling for days and no answer. I tried other claims adjusters but none of them have the report or can get it from my claims adjuster all they do is send me to her voice mail.

It breaks my heart to walk pass my stang every morning.

I'd like to move on. Once this is settled I can buy a new Stang and find a new insurance company!

Just think of that new 5.0 or 300+hp v6, it'll take some of the pain away! Still very sad for your loss obviosly, I'd die without my stang.

Sorry to hear it dude, nothing worse than red tape paperwork and waiting for paper pushers to do their job and getting the run around is like a size 12 boot to the ***. Brutal.

Thumbs down Real update

Hey guys

So I talked to the supervisor and she got the Police report, and the verdict is ... I'm screwed. The report says nothing of the other party being charged. which is BS! The officer told me himself he laid charges, he couldn't tell me with what.

On a side note the Adjuster on my claim is being reprimanded (what ever that means)

Now they are giving me the runaround about refunding my money. I should get 3 months in back payments! which is $1275! The guy I talked to told me that he has only the authority to give back one month, but he would send this to his supervisor and she can "Maybe" authorize it.

and that's it! TD Insurance can go

Anyway, Now i have to deal with what to do with my car.
  • Fix it
  • Sell it for parts
  • Store it for parts (if I buy another mustang)

I'm looking at another mustang its an '02 V6 w/ 86k on it. But The old crow and I are saving for a house and we should be ready in October. but if we buy the Car + to cert + taxes and fees + insurance (new insurance company), I'm not sure if October is feasible.

Need advice thanks

Friday the 13th

More bad news.

Someone called the city and the city wants me to remove the car or pay a fine. I have until the 20th to do so. I now have 3 choices
  • Get it running to the point where it can drive up and down the driveway
  • If the landlord is willing. I can put it in the grarge
  • Remove the car

I'm not a mechanic and I not sure what is needed to fix it to 'running order'. I'd prefer to do this option, But it depends on time and money.

The landlord has alot of stuff in the garage and would have to move it for me to put the car in there.

As for removing the car, I have no where to put it. It also not enough time to sell it for parts.
