Man This is just terrible. I feel sick for you. I wish I was a lawyer and I'd take your case for free! I hope things turn out okay!

Like I said,

Contact your insurance ombudsman, he/she can help. Here in Manitoba I had a REALLY bad experience with out pulic insurance company. I contacted our MLA who spoke with the Minister in charge of the company. Within hours my issue was sorted out. Oh plus we got a 45% refund of our rates from last year!!

Pics

So I talked to the landlord and I helped him move around his stuff. There is enough room for the car. We will be pushing it in the Garage tomorrow.

I'm going to sell it for parts. I need $3000 and I'll have enough Cash to buy that Yellow Mustang I've been eye balling. I'm not sure how much I can get for her. She only has 112K, With a bit of work The engine will run. Transmission is mint, and everything in the interior. The back Brake pads and rotors are only 3 months old the front is 6 months. It has Winter tires with 90% tread. I also have all season tires wit 40-50% tread

As Promised her are the pictures (mind it looks worse then it is)

Just read through all this today, crazy insurance company! So sorry about the stang, glad both of you are ok.

I just can't understand why that stupid insurance company won't help you out, especially with the amount you pay them.

All I have to do with mine is call when I put it on the road or take it off the road and they will adjust my payments retroactive to that date, including giving me money back if they owe me. I don't need to give them anything in writing.

You need a better insurance company! Hope things work out for the best though.

Thanks Wenstang, but I guess it's my fault for living in Toronto! Its funny, if I were to move an hour away from Toronto I would only have pay Half of what I pay and get full coverage!

So I got my Cancellation Papers in the mail. So I checked my bank for a refund. ... But what I saw was another payment!!

I'll be calling them later Today

sorry to hear about the car glad everyones ok

dont wana be a barer of bad news but you will never part her out for 3k ive cut up many many mustangs 2010 total was 15 mustang cut and parted.

the market for v6 parts cars are not there sorry for the shitty insurance company BS but your better off keeping it as a parts car as you will be lucky to see 1000 out of parts for it as 5lug is no good to a fox owner v6 int. is well not the nicest.splitports arnt worth much more then there weight in scrap and the v6trans is only good for a v6 guy. and shes hit pretty hard.

hope it all turns around

So I called them again! Turns out that it was too late to stop my last payment and I will get my refund (including this payment) in a few weeks.
