They should work for the S550 platform, but not 100% what the benefit would be over say GT springs as far as height or spring rate. Thoughts?

I would keep them, never know if you will have to go back to stock. But that's just me.

Thought crossed my mind, I usually do keep all my take-offs, and if its too low, I can always swap back to stock, but I can't see that happening.

This year I changed out the wheels to Touren TR60's. Replaced the rotors with black slotted and drilled ones. Just replaced the headlights to Chrome. Stainless steel fuse box cover. Shortly the GT will be going to the painter for a few spots on the front hood and one over the right rear fender.

Lowering springs installed and another coat of Zaino.

I see more of a difference in the rear wheel well / tire gap than the front, overall the lowering spring effect is pretty subtle, but I can notice it.

No real change in ride, and improvement in appearance, worthwhile mod, glad I did it. :tup

Dealership did a great job, complete alignment check after installation, car handles and feels normal.

Looks good.

Only Mod I did this year was another set of tires.
will be 3rd set of rears and forth set of fronts.
I do have 16k on car now and 5 tracks days.

Those Michelin Cup 2 tires are pretty expensive man. Love that you are enjoying the car. I'm going to Mosport in Bowmanville on Tuesday for my first tack day this year. Put a set of Mickey Thompsons on the Boss. Gonna see if that last any longer the the others I've tried.

Man I do love the look of the Black Shelby's. The stance looks perfect, and will work well as they are engineered by a Ford Performance. :tup

Ouch on the tire budget, but I'll echo Tlavalle, good on you for getting out and enjoying it.

So far I'm at 11k, no track days, no tires replaced yet, but lots of smiles per gallon.

Thanks for the kind words fellows. :tup
