springs and spacer advice?

springs and spacer advice?
Hey guys, the newbie needs a little advice! I have been offered a good deal for some garage line 1 inch spacers and Steeda 1 inch lowering springs ($350.00 for set of 4 springs and 4 spacers that were on his car for 1 year).
My questions are will the 1 inch drop cause me any issues going over bumps or hitting my bottom on anything (I drive in normal conditions and do not plan on doing any off roading with my mustang!) etc
my other question is will the 1 inch spacers cause any gravel or debris to now fly back and potentially scratch or damage my side panels.

Always a gamble buying used parts, they're not always what the seller says they are, but like with anything else, use your judgement and do your homework.
Changing up one component of your suspension only may have other implications, with how the system works, that being said, lowering is always a decent idea, factory height is pretty generous.
As far as gravel or debris flying around, I'd say thats more a function of how sticky your tires are, if you're hearing stuff flinging around now, good chance that won't change.

Personally I wouldn't buy used suspension components. Springs make me nervous. Could one be sagged, will the car sit level after? To me it's not worth the risk. Another thing I'm not a fan of is wheel spacers. I've found that some don't allow enough thread to come through the wheel nut which can be a big problem. Anything that increases the chance of the wheel nuts coming loose is not for me. Should you choose to go ahead with it though, prices don't sound terrible.

as per experience, I don't recommended to install lowering spring without the appropriate shocks and struts. If you want your mustang ride like a lazy-boy that's the way to go.
My Eibach springs where installed from the previous owner on stock Monroe's
It was an horrible driving experience.
I replaced stock monroes with Bilstein shock/struts
Add MM caster camber plate and MM pan-hard bar
It transform the way it handle in a curve and on hard braking.
As per Apocalypse, do your Homework.

It was an horrible driving experience.
I replaced stock monroes with Bilstein shock/struts
Add MM caster camber plate and MM pan-hard bar
It transform the way it handle in a curve and on hard braking.
