Products are non-refundable if altered in any way. It is recommended that the part be installed by a professional body shop that has experience working with aftermarket fiberglass and urethane body kits including but not limited to sanding, shaving, cutting and filling. Extra fees may be incurred for proper fitment. Refunds will not be issued due to minor fitment issues.

Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however shipping costs are not covered.
SO in other words, reviews say this product is not good, and you wish for us to take your word on it and won't back full costs if opened and its garbage!
I understand paying shipping if I get something and I returned for many reasons
IE: wasn't what I thought or didn't quite work with application, I pay shipping.
But sorry, If I buy a product from you and you ship me a piece of crap, what should I pay any portion of it, including shipping.
Guess one should be wise when ordering from Carid.

I recently ordered something from AM, it was defective, they paid all costs of returned an shipped me a new one with no extra costs. ( Just saying)

Smart to ask about the return policy up front, an informed consumer is a smart consumer and you have the right to spend your money at any retailer you wish. Individual retailers set their own policies, just because AM covered all costs doesn't mean CarId owes you the same. Reviews are great, but they're not the gospel truth, if someones got an axe to grind, of course, they'll write a negative review and pick stuff apart. Some folks hate a certain dealer other people find exceptional, but base it on your own experience, not someone else's. Not defending CarId in the least, just sayin'.

Quality aside, i was being nice, but yah, it's pretty ugly alright. Pick a set of hood vents and stick with it, but the approach of "more is more" is not always a good styling idea, in this case "more is less". lol

Body parts are shipped with freight delivery services, that's why return policy is a little bit strict. However on smaller packages and other products like headlights or grilles it is much easier.

Some taxes/fees/duties should also apply on the border.
Every day we have hundreds of orders to Canada. We believe there are few factors:
1. It is easy and comfortable to order from our website.
2. We often offer goods that are not yet available in client's location.
3. Sometimes the total of CARiD product price + Shipping cost + Brokerage/taxes is lower than a product cost in a client's location.
