Nitrous 03 Mach 1 Carbureted With Distributor
Rear is a modified 8.8 that originally came with my Mach 1.
Welded axle tubes, Moser C-clip eliminators that I modified with arp bolts thru aluminum the blocks, CHE axle brace. Moser 4.30 lightened and mikronited gears, Moser 31 spline axles & spool. Arp carrier studs and Moser bearings. Pro launch II kit/upper adjustable control arms with stabilizer cross bar, Maximum Motorsports extreme duty lower control arms with adjustable spring perches, retaining the factory sway bar. Carbon fiber driveshaft.

What did you do 2 "modify" ur Mosers & why? What kind of weld is that on the axle tubes?
After cutting the ends of housing off, we used an axle seal pressed into the end with RTV. This is a good mod to stop leaking. The Moser C-clip eliminater come with studs threaded into the aluminum block ends. Not very strong when taking turns with a spool. I drilled out the 4 aluminum threads on each aluminum block and turned them into thru holes. Then used ARP high tensile bolt & nut to secure them to factory end plate. Which had to be modified for the Moser aluminum blocks to fit.
The weld is from a mig welder, not very pretty but has been holding up. The CHE axle brace is probably all I needed.

Properly welding the housings can be a challenge.
