99+ V6's Procharger is the best setup unless you go custom turbo. I am building a single turbo kit right now for a 99 V6 from NY, progress is slow but it will be worth it in the end, plan on making about 350-400 RWHP out of her. Bottom end of the motor is built and it has a cam and ported heads and intakes so that helps.
