^ You are honestly one of the first people that has given me a kilometer number, I've searched tons of threads ( and am doing so now LOL) and most people running your kind of power on the stock block have had them for a long time but don't put the hammer down on a regular basis, or don't drive them regularly, I don't want or need that kind of power but the M90 seems maybe a little on the tame side.
I hope my post isn't taken as flamey cause it wasn't meant to be, 440 hp is around what I want which should be pretty safe with a good tune.
Also could you answer one more question for me? What is it about not shifting to 5th (in a standard) or OD in an auto, while in boost?

You are so right Def.. the Tune on our cars is so extremly important whether you are at 440 whp or 540 whp. I have been running a little on the edge with my current set-up and stock botton end for about four years now. However, I religously get everything checked on the dyno each Spring and always maintain 94 octane, 10-11 lbs boost, and shift no higher then 6200 rpms (stay off the rev limiter). Some say that if you are FI going WOT in an overdrive gear (5th) for an extended time with stock bottom end, this will cause a "Kaboom" Apparently, it comes down to too much load for too long. Personally, this has not been a problem for me so far....

You have that amount of kilometers at 538 RWHP ? How often you beat on it??

Yep, she went away for the Winter at 538 rwhp with 115,000 km's.
It's not a strip car, nor do I constantly beat on it daily....However, she gets her fair share of action that's for sure, if you know what i mean ..lol !!
I owe a lot to my friends Paul and Pat at Steeda.Ca who take real good care of me . It's Dyno tested each Spring just to make sure everthing is spot on, running safe tune , run 94 octane, 11 psi, don't shift over 6200 rpm's and stay off rev limiter.

Yes, Pat tuned mine at 497 rwhp on 91 octane....I shift at 6000 rpm, and when Im at the track I run the Ultra 94 octane just to be sure.
