need help choosing exhaust

Hey everyone, I am looking at the Magnaflow street axle-back exhaust, and the Borla touring axle back exhaust

Which do you recommend and why? I want a deeper throatier sound, but don't really want any snapping/popping or as little as possible.

Just wondering if people have had either 1 or both and which you liked better.

Might be going on a V6 2013.

Thanks

I've heard Magnaflow on the 4.0 and it sounded ok. Haven't heard anything aftermarket on the 3.7 yet though.

it is tough....... i been listening to sound clips on the net, but they can be miss leading. I tried listening to both one after the other, and they sound close, but it is a tough call. That is why i am reaching out to CMOC

I find the 3.7 has a better sound than the 4.0. Hit up youtube and watch some videos and maybe you'll hear something you like.

I have the Magnaflow dual exhaust kit #16605 on my 2005 V6 has a low rumble at idle but a snotty response on take off. Well recommended.

if you can put up with some drone ,get some Macs. Its old school deep rumble at idle and a great attention getter when you walk on it.Its all personal preferences.

I have been watching vids on youtube, but it is tough as you don't know if the camera mic is picking everything up or not and if it is distorting the sound at all.

I just had the Flowmaster 40's put on my 5 Liter 5 spd Mustang last month. Sounds great with a nice deep tone.

If your crusing into Edmonton...go see Rick at ABC's Mufflers, 50 Street just north of the Whitemud on the east side of 50 Street. It's the last shop at the end of the building.
