PI 2V 262AH cam swap: valve springs?

Thanks for the reply. Very cool and good info.
I picked the car up out of storage a week ago and have put a few hundred kilometers on it now. I don't know if it's just me, that I can't remember back to the fall but the car seems alot louder to me now than before. It still has the same MRT catted H and Steeda catback but damn, it's loud. Very "burbly" on the overrun now too. The idle is a bit lumpier than I was expecting but not objectionably so; definitely moreso than on the video/audio clip I've posted though. Maybe because I didn't drive it back then but rather just let it idle...perhaps it hadn't learned the idle yet. Certainly, I wouldn't want any more lumpiness than it has.
Power's good. Just a nice sustained thrust past 4000 that stays until redline now. No real detectable loss of low end torque around town.
Thing's a pig on gas. Went 238.0KMs on 41L of fuel: 14MPG though this was mostly in-town driving and, uh, some of it admittedly using more throttle than absolutely necessary. I might wait another tank or two and pull the plugs to see what they look like. No MILs yet so I assume the closed-loop fuel can't be too bad.
I changed the oil again today to help flush out any remaining spooge from the surgery. I still have the Comp springs ready to go in. I'll probably follow up on these later in the spring or summer. I'm assuming I can use the OEM retainers and locks?

I have a question.
How much approximately is it $$ wise to install stage 2 heads?
These will have the new springs already and be ready for cams.
I know this may vary by shop but does anyone have a ballpark?
I am trying to decide whether I go stage 2 cams/ springs (on the stock heads) or just get stage 2 heads and be done with it.
I appreciate any advice anyone can throw my way.
