For the guys coming from east, your meeting spot should be somewhere around Clarington just before the city so you can assemble and cruise together through the city to the next meeting spot.
Guys coming from the south / west your meeting spot should be somewhere around Hamilton.
If anyone has a exact location they think would be good then arrange with the guys who you know from your area that are going to meet there, and post the location on the forum for all the other members.
Guys from in and around the GTA our meeting spot should be Brampton. I know a place called Formula Kartways that we could meet in their parking lot as there is alot of room and they dont care about guys gathering there. We should all meet up at Formula Kartways (East, West, South guys..) and have some laps before we get on the road up to Wasaga.
What does everyone think of these spots for meeting ??
jibbijib do you have any more info like a website on this mustang meet?? The wednesday would be the 23rd and the tuesday after would be the 29th. I would suggest that we all depart Friday(25th) morning looking to meet up at our first main stop (brampton) for around 1 or 2pm and cruise to Wasaga after relaxing for maybe an hour there. We camp friday night/saturday night and then sunday(27th) we all have breakfast/lunch together somewhere and then we depart back to our origins.
People not looking to rough it in the woods can go here...

I've never camped in Wasaga so if anyone knows of a better campground or knows any of the ones in the link, Please suggest it!!

Well I was informed of potential coverage by Speed Channel, so I'll shoot them a line and try to figure out if they know anything about it. There's always camera coverage up there in the summer anyway with the strong man competitions. I'll also shoot a line to OLN and see if they know anything. I'm working on getting a guy to join that has been to it with his Capri, but unfortunately everytime I see his car there I don't have a card on me.
Best bet would be to search the Wasaga website and such, and ask some locals. There's actually a member up in Wasaga on the other board. He might know something. I'll see what I can dig up. Edit: Actually I just realized he joined on here.

You say some people don't want to go to the track because they have never been. That is why you should go!! I went to the track (grandbend test and tune) last summer with my bone stock lx last year for the first time. I thought it would be ok. It was so much fun I stayed in my car all night!!! Can't wait to go this year!!

I Dont know anything about any mustang meet here in wasaga beach, now I have lived here all my life, I have managed and done security at hotels down at the strip and have been in too mustangs for the last 5 or 6 years.... and never have I seen a " MUSTANG MEET " they do have there corvette weeknd..... Through the summer months and esspecialy on long weeknds there are MANY mustangs around here, just not an organized meet..... every other tuesday night I beleive it is there is a small car show aswell.... only a couple mustangs there though.
