Okay guys, i found a campsite for us to camp at.. They were the only ones who emailed me back when I emailed them saying possibly 20+ people were coming for a car meet.
The website is here http://www.wasagaholidaypark.com/
Its $25 per night per person, I dont know how good of a deal that is, but they will give us free parking each which is a $20 value each.

VEEJAY where on manitoulin are you from?? I have family up there (prov bay and mindamoya) and yeah everyone who is or wants to be a member of CMOC is welcome to come. The more, the more fun we will have...

Seems like there isnt a mustang meet, but, there will be soon If everything goes well who knows from now on it might be the Annual CMOC Wasaga Meet. I dont really care if there is a mustang meet up there that weekend because there will be TONS of people for may 24.

If you guys agree, $25 per person per night is fair and want to do it I will post all the confirmed details, and everything that is going to happen.

Hope everything is good and we can start confirming people who are coming!

$25 sounds good. I am in for sure. I am from the Hamilton area for those that want to meet up somewhere in that area...we can figure out a good location. I am excited...it should be a good time.

Well, at least if it wasn't a dedicated Mustang meet before, it will be now. CMOC event #1!!!! $25 is a good price. Especially with free parking.

A point's system should be experimented with this year, just for fun type of thing. Then next year we can get really serious with it.

Wasaga

Location is great for me as I would take the ferry from Manitoulin (Manitowaning) to Tobormory, cruise along the coast, Wiarton, Owen Sound, Collingwood to Wasaga. May 24th (actually it's May 21st) isn't the best for me as we have a family 90th birthday gathering that weekend. I would prefer a later date. If the 24th is a go I will seeing how the timing works for the family gathering. I will need to deceide soon to book a room. I 've outgrown the tenting thing. Great job your doing here 94stanger!

Now the big question is, where are we gunna have the barbeque exactly? Are there bbq's allowed on the beach?

Since looking at the calander, I see that Victoria Day is on the 21st as VEEJAY stated. This might mean the the 19th-20th is the May 2-4 weekend. I guess we will have to play it by ear.
