T56's are KNOWN for not going into 3rd or 4th under full boost

 

how does the tranny know its under boost? maybe doesnt go into gear under throttle?

 

The tranny does not necessarily know it is under boost.....nor does it really know the proper throttle position...I am just making a comment that these are the conditions when it happens

Drop the boost, or close the throttle a crack (whichever you chose to call it) and the problem is not as frequent.

 

I won't race you until after you tune my car, I want you to make MORE power not take power away so you can keep up :biggrin:

yeah then id say its just a problem with shifting under power.
