Lowering spring
#12
If you go beyond the 1 1/2 drop, you will need C&C plates, no getting around it unless you start modifying the stock strut towers to accept more travel for the mount hardware for the struts. I speak from expirience. In '03 i drove half of the first summer with my stang without them after dropping my GT with the Eibach Sportlines, and my front tires started to wear in the inside pretty good. So a set of C&C plates went in, and those front tires went to the rear to get an even wear again, and the rear tires went to the front, and all was good.
As for the Eibach "PROLINE", they are really "Pro Kit".
Eibach only have the Pro Kit, Sportlines, Drag Launch, and Pro Truck.
A lot of members on various forum boards get that confused.
Not being an ars, just want to make sure no one gets misinformed that's all.

I'm still running the stock shocks out back that came on my GT back in '03, and i only swapped the front struts cause i like to drag race the odd weekend, so i went with a set of aftermarkets.
Spend what you can, and feel. Don't go broke if all you are looking for is looks.
But i will stress this, if you lower it more then the 1.5, you will need C&C plate.
