I thought the same thing, they were so small compared to the size of the cars now. Even the 71-73 style that looks like a tank in pictures isn't a very big car.

That was pretty close for me too, except I still really liked the 71 & 72 Mach I and Boss 351's, but yeah after that, they pretty much lost me for a while.

The 71-73 has grown on me a little the past few years. A guy I know had a Grabber Blue Mach with a 351 and a Wimbelton White 429 car that were both pretty nice.
