Likely wouldn't hurt, might even give the winter to tuck a few extra dollars away for spring - you planning on stock piling more parts over the winter? Looking forward to the next chapter, it's like your favourite show you tune in to each week to find out what's been happening!!!

Thanks AP. Absolutely .... a supercharger, intercooler, intake, cam, heads, pistons, rods, gears, paint, racing seats ..... it's all in the works. There will be a new chapter soon and I think you're gonna like this one AP.

Wow this was a great thread, well worth the time to read it, After reading it I cant wait to start my project..........although it seems like it will be much less involved than yours is. I am working on my car with my dad and oh my son aswell, for some reason my son thinks I am doing this car for him......Kids lol

Thanks hughmac09! The build is TONS of fun. It's pretty fun updating the thread too - I like getting peoples thoughts, opinions and comments on the build. I look forward to checking out your build thread once you start.

Ok, so I was going to keep the suspense going but I can't wait. I placed a pretty huge order .... here's the skinny. I needed to beef up the rear end on this 6-er. One wheel burnouts are not cool and don't plant the power on the pavement. So I ordered this stuff:
- Ford Racing Traction Lok Limited Slip Differential
- Ford Racing 3.73 Ring & Pinion Set
- 7.5'' Differential Master Bearing
- 7.5'' Differential Master Shim Inst.
- Friction Modifier Differential Gear
- 7.5" Aluminum Rear End Girdle System
- Royal Purple Synthetic Gear Oil
Of course, this beefed up rear end is a bit of overkill for the 3.8L stock 150 HP rating. So I ordered this ...... (insert badass intro song here)
Well, I actually ordered this intercooled kit:
Lots left to do on this build. Stay tuned for install pics and the next parts order .... It's gonna be a goodie!!
